I live in Gallatin, moved from Kentucky about 3 years ago. I have 3 dogs and 1 cat. Pancho, Phoebe and Ben (The dogs) and Elvira (The cat). You can always find us at the dog park or in the pool. I’ve been married for 7 years, to my husband Dennis, who is originally from Nashville. I’ve been working in the animal field for 3 years, but around animals my entire life!
Joanne has been a staff member at Lebanon Road Animal Hospital since 2007. Her easy going, laid back nature is the result of over 16 years experience working in a veterinary office. This after retiring from AT, Joanne enjoys working in her yard when time allows.
Amanda Daves was born and raised in Mississippi. She has a big heart and it shows with animals. Prior to working in Veterinary Medicine she had been working as a dental hygienist. When she moved to Tennessee she wanted to pursue her passion of working in Vet Med.
In 2013 she began at a small animal practice as a Veterinary Technician. She is amazing in communicating with clients and has a special way with animals. Her home is full with 4 cats, 2 dogs, and 3 birds! She loves to spend time boating with her husband and daughter.
Brett was born and raised in Kentucky. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisville. She has always had a passion for animals. Her dad was a jockey, so she grew up loving and caring for horses and all kinds of barn animals. Brett has been working in Veterinary Medicine for a little over 3 years now and loves every minute of it.
Brett has 3 rescue animals of her own. 2 cats and 1 dog. (Fun Fact: Brett and Amanda Daves both have cats named Toothless… and no they didn’t plan it!) Her hobbies (outside of loving on her animals) include Broadway musicals, binge watching Parks and Recreation & The Office, and enjoying as much time with family as she can.
Mindy is our resident feline who loves anyone she meets....except the UPS/FED-EX delivery people. 😉 She frequents long walks across the receptionist counter, using her co-worker's scrubs as scratch posts, and getting dangerously close to other canine & feline clients who aren't her biggest fan. She is about 7 years old and was dropped off with her brother Mork. While Mork is now living with a wonderful new family, Mindy decided to make LRAH her home for life. Feel free to stop and get a picture with her on your way out... We'd love to feature it on our website, Facebook, Twitter, & Instagram!
